Day 1 18. Oct. 2007 12:00, London, UK
- In the early afternoon delegates will arrive in London and be taken by private coach to Winfield House, residence of the U.S. Ambassador, for afternoon tea and a tour of the house and art collection and discussion on the Art in Embassies Program, hosted by Mrs. Robert H. Tuttle, wife of the Ambassador.
- After tea, the delegates will go by coach to Norfolk County, where the conference meetings will be held.
- Upon arrival a buffet dinner will be served at the Rectory and delegates are free to relax for the rest of the evening.

Day 2 19. Oct. 2007 9:30, Norfolk County, UK
- A self-catered breakfast with toast & jam, fruit, eggs, coffee, tea & juice is available until 9:30am.
- The conference will begin at the Rectory at 9:30am. Please download the day’s agenda available in the file center.
- A buffet lunch will be served at 12:30 and the conference meetings will resume again at 2:00.
- There will be a relaxing dinner in the evening at 8:00, a lovely display of fireworks will begin at 10:00 to be followed by dancing.

Day 3 19. Oct. 2007 11:00, Norfolk County, UK
- A self-catered breakfast with toast & jam, fruit, eggs, coffee, tea & juice is available until 11:00am.
- There will be a cultural tour of Blicking Hall in Norwich, Norfolk. This Magnificent Jacobean house is famed for its long gallery, fine tapestries, paintings and rare books as well as Parkland and lakeside walks, and a sunken garden to discover. A full service cafeteria is available at Blicking Hall, or a picnic lunch can be packed upon request.
- Departure from Blicking Hall is at 4:00 and the return trip will be made along the beautiful Norfolk coastline.
- Upon return to the Rectory there will be cocktails available at 6:30. A recital of Lieder will begin 8:00 and dinner will be served at 9:00.

Day 4 20. Oct. 2007 10:00, Norfolk County, UK
- A self-catered breakfast with toast & jam, fruit, eggs, coffee, tea & juice is available until 10:00am.
- Delegates return to London by coach at 10:00am.

6th COPAC begins at the Plenary Hall of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.

Reception by Hamburg's Senate Government.

Show at The English Theatre of Hamburg.

Return to Hamburg.
