Use the Session Planner to browse through the full program, including all session titles, lecture titles, orals, poster presentations, chairs, speaker, etc.

The Session Planner also allows you to plan you individualized itinerary and to transfer the session details to your Outlook calendar.

Personalized Itinerary Builder

As part of our continuing efforts to improve your Hypertension 2008 experience, you are now able to build a Personalized Itinerary. Your selections can be saved into a Personalized Itinerary for printing or can be added to your MS Outlook Calendar.

To add a session to your Personalized Itinerary planner:
First time users: To register, click on the “Itinerary” button on the left side and enter your email address. The system will send you an automatic email containing your password.

1)

Click on the “Itinerary” button on the left side and login with your email address and password. Close the window.

2)

Open the session that you would like to add to your itinerary by clicking on it.

3)

Click on the blue “add to iPlanner” that is located at the top right, the session will automatically be inserted in your itinerary.

4)

To view your itinerary, click on the “Itinerary” button, a list of all the selected sessions will appear. Overlaps will be highlighted in red.

To insert the time of the session in your MS Outlook Calendar:

1)

Click on the icon (calendar) that is located in the top right corner of each session.

2)

A File Download window will appear, click on open.

3)

A MS Office Outlook window will appear, click on the “Allow” button and the session will automatically be added to your MS Outlook Calendar.

To use the search engine:

1)

Click on the “Search” button on the left side.

2)

Enter the text or name that you are looking for in the search term.

3)

Check the box that is appropriate for your search (exact phrase, session chair, presentation or presenter).

4)
